If you register for the PHAIR conference or complete the Call for Submissions form your data will be kept until the date of the conference, and for a period of one year after. If you complete a transaction, your data will be kept for tax and accounting purposes as required by UK law.
Your data is handled by the organisers of the conference and by University of Edinburgh staff in order to complete your transaction and make accommodation arrangements as required for the conference.
You have the right to request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
