We ask conference attendees to book their accommodation directly via the accommodation website. Below we outline discounts available to PHAIR attendees. We encourage guests to book early to secure the best rates. Guests are also welcome to book external accommodation, but note that Edinburgh is a popular destination in the summer

Summer Stays - Holland House
PHAIR reserved accommodation, on-site, budget friendly
Holland House is located on the site of the conference, just a short walk from the John McIntyre conference centre. Facilities include: free wifi, free limited parking, and a common room. This is our budget friendly option at £103 per night, which is a good rate for central Edinburgh and next to the conference centre.
We have reserved an allocated number of rooms for attendees so please enter code PHAIRALOC at time of booking. This code will present you with the option to book rooms that are not publicly available. We encourage guests to book early to avoid disappointment.

The Scholar Hotel
On-site, 4 star University accommodation
The Scholar is a luxury hotel next to the conference centre, with perks such as gym access, free limited parking, wifi and dog-friendly rooms on request. All rooms are luxurious and feature large beds, Elite mattresses, and quality linen to ensure the best possible night’s sleep. Relax and watch TV with a whole host of channels, award winning Novus tea and cafetiere coffee, and a desk with ample work space. Bathrooms include rainfall showers, Arran Aromatics toiletries and fluffy towels.

The Scott Hotel
On-site, 4 star University accommodation
